Participation Information

Step 1: Your stand / unit More info

Your reservation includes stand walls, floor coverings, cleaning, lunch package (2 per 12 m2), coffee, tea and soft drinks all day and public WiFi.

Cancellation terms apply to the stand. The fixed subscription fee is binding upon reservation, as are 'Logo + info page' and 'Sponsorship package' (step 2 and 3).

Step 2: Logo and info page (optional) Hide info

  1. Your company name will become clickable, linking to detailed company information (text, photo and video).
  2. Your logo will be displayed:
    • on the homepage in a carousel
    • on the interactive floor plan
    • in the full list of exhibitors
    • on the detailed page with information about your company

Without this option, your company will only be listed by name and stand number in the exhibitor list.

Step 3: Premium Promotion Package (optional) More info

With a Premium Promotion Package (*), you'll receive extensive exposure both before and during the exhibition. This package ensures your logo is featured:

  • prominently on the homepage of the exhibition website
  • in all newsletters
  • at the entrance of the exhibition
  • on all exhibition floor plans (both print and online)
  • on the visitor registration page

(*) The Promotion Package is included with stands of 48 m² or larger.

Step 4: Co exhibitor Hide info

This is another company that can participate together with you (as the main exhibitor) at your stand. The participation fee for a co-exhibitor is € 595. If you want to add more than 1 co-exhibitor, please contact Sjoerd Veldboer: +31(0)6 10 01 26 47.
