Here you can book a stand to participate in the Expo for Public Space 2025 on 23 September 2026 and 24 September 2026 in Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Need assistance? Call +31 85 773 17 51.

Participation Information

Step 1: Your stand / unit Hide info

Stand: Your reservation includes stand walls, floor coverings, cleaning, lunch package (2 per fair day per 12 m2), coffee, tea and soft drinks all day and WiFi.
The terms of condition apply to the stand. The fixed subscription fee is binding upon reservation, as are 'Logo + info page' and 'Sponsorship package' (step 2 and 3).

Step 2: Logo and info page (optional) Hide info

1. With this additional option, your company name becomes clickable for extensive company information (text, photo, video and contact person

2. Your logo will be shown:

  • on the homepage in a carousel
  • on the interactive floorplan
  • in the exhibitors list
  • on the detail page with information about your company

By default, your company name and stand number are listed in the exhibitor list.

Step 3: Promotion package (optional) Hide info

With this additional promotion package, you will receive extensive exposure through various channels before and during the exhibition.

By choosing a this package, you are promoted as sponsor with your company logo featured:
• prominently on the homepage of the exhibition website
• in all newsletters
• on all exhibition floor plans (off- and online)

• on the visitor registration page

Step 4: Co exhibitor More info

This is another company that can participate together with you (as the main exhibitor) at your stand. The participation fee for a co-exhibitor is € 595. If you want to add more than 1 co-exhibitor, please contact ExpoProof: +31 (0)85 773 1751 (ask for Marc de Winter).
